“During Tropical Storm Isaias, a very large tree fell on our house taking out the main utility line and ripping the electrical mast right off the side of the house. That’s when we contacted TFC Electic and we couldn’t be happier that decision. Tom came out immediately to assess the damage and eliminate the risk of a fire. Teresa called the next morning to follow up, answer any questions we had, and schedule the repair. Understandably, we were eager to have the repair completed ASAP so we could get power restored to our house. She was very accomodating and got us on the schedule for Saturday. On Friday, she called back to say they could actually get us taken care of that afternoon! The team arrived on time and got right to work. Everyone was hard working & professional and the job was completed perfectly. Overall, we had a great experience with TFC Electic and we will definitely be using them for all of our future electrical needs!”
